Our Management Team
Antoine Massad
General Manager
Antoine Massad is the General Manager of Reaaia. With his passion and extensive industry experience, he has led the establishment of the company in early 2018. He is currently driving its growth with the help of an experienced team, aiming to achieve and exceed stakeholders expectations. Prior to Reaaia, he was the Business Development Director for OCS Emirates, a multinational facilities management company, where he was responsible for the development of the company’s client base, revenue and growth.
Antoine has held several key positions in the facilities management industry including Senior Manager Strategy and Business Development Manager for Etisalat Facilities Management, Client Service Manager for Johnson Controls and Business Development Manager for City Cool Facilities Management. Antoine has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and International Affairs from the Lebanese American University, Beirut (2005)
Ayham Al Hamdan
Finance Manager
Ayham Al Hamdan is the Finance Manager at Reaaia Building Maintenance, where he has developed 90 percent of his paretic to facilities management financing for the last twelve months. His financial strategies are shaped from his 10 years of experience in the construction, telecommunication and district cooling industries.
Ayham is the primary Financial Consultant for multiple well established organisations within the country. He is a certified lead auditor for several ISO standards (OHSAS 18001:2007, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015) and is amongst the highest achievers in the leadership pipeline program released by Emirates District Cooling in 2018. Ayham is a frequent participant at municipal finance functions and energy summits.
He lives in Dubai, is interested in jazz and sailing. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Financial Services from the University of Aleppo School of Economics.
Sammy Shattahy
Operation Manager
Sammy is the Operations Manager at Reaaia Building Maintenance. A strong personality, he has over 10 years’ experience working in designing, constructing and maintaining HVAC systems.
In addition to holding a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Sammy is also qualified as a Master by Samsung electronics for Samsung air conditioning system and is a candidate for Certified Facility Manager (CFM). He is actively engaged in implementing a new smart solution with a well-established Swiss company to take the facilities management business to the next level. After office hours, Sammy loves to spend his time building model ships in his workshop.
Ines Shaim
Business Development Manager
Ines Shaim serves as the Business Development Manager at Reaaia where she also oversees the Marketing and Compliance aspect of the business. Prior to joining Reaaia, she was the Senior Business Development Manager for Bloom Facilities Management. Her dynamic personality and industry experience makes her a key component to Reaaia.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law and Economics and a Master’s degree in International Business Law from Paris-Sorbonne University. She speaks English, Arabic and French and is currently pursuing her education by applying to a PhD program.
