An on-call service ends up being more expensive and is not bound within a specific response time.

PPM stands for planned preventive maintenance. A ppm is a basic task to be carried out to ensure systems functionality and highlight any defects that might occur. The preventive maintenance is a maintenance pre-approved yearly plan with fixed intervals of 2 or 3 times a year (depending on the selected contract) to prevent any system failure and prolong system asset lifecycle.
Depending on the size of your property it may take between an hour for a studio and up to 8 to 10 hours for a 5 bedroom villa.
A call out is made by the client when they require maintenance services to be delivered. Relevant technicians are sent based on the nature of the request. Each call out is free of charge for a 2 hour job. If the service exceeds 2 hours every additional hour will be charged AED 80.
AED 250 is per spare per occurrence. If the asset that has been replaced breaks again, Reaaia will replace it free of charge as per the manufacturer’s warranty policy.
Cooling Coil cleaning, duct cleaning, blower cleaning, motor rewinding and water tank cleaning services are not covered. However, based upon the client’s approval, Reaaia will provide a separate quotation.
Yes, we tailor make our packages according to our clients’ needs. Clients can request for AC servicing only, or landscaping maintenance, etc. The proposal will be provided once we receive your enquiry.

Early termination is subject to a 30 day written notice from the client. The reimbursement will be calculated pro rata based on the remaining time and the number of PPM and call outs carried out.
Yes, under two conditions: If you move into the same type of property and within the same geographical location. If not, the reassignment is not possible.
Yes, the cancellation rescheduling of a PPM needs to be communicated with the operation team 72 hours prior to the due date. The new PPM schedule will be provided by the operation team at the earliest available slot.
No snagging is not part of the AMC. However, it can be done upon the customer’s request prior to signing off the contract. It will be chargeable depending of the unit size.
Minimum once a year.
Having a clean coil will ensure the air conditioner unit will perform at it’s optimal capacity and provide clean and cool air.
Cheques, cash, credit card, bank transfer. The payment must be given to a customer representative or a sales person only. Technicians are not allowed to receive any payment.
